Our client is seeking a Technical Strategy Project Manager to support enterprise-level PMO and large-scale transformation programs. This role focuses on program planning, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams, with strong exposure to executive stakeholders and data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Support and manage large-scale data and digital transformation programs
- Drive PMO governance, planning, and execution across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate delivery across data, engineering, and business teams
- Manage program timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure proper sequencing of workstreams and program alignment
- Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, reporting, and presentations
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Support change management and adoption efforts across initiatives
- Maintain program documentation and ensure delivery rigor and transparency
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in project/program management within enterprise environments
- Experience operating within an Enterprise PMO (not team-level PM only)
- Strong experience managing multiple workstreams and large-scale initiatives
- Exposure to data or digital transformation programs
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior/executive stakeholders
- Advanced PowerPoint and reporting skills (executive-ready materials)
- Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in McLean, VA
