Our client is executing an enterprise-wide SharePoint rollout across their investment, operations, and compliance functions. They are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager-level professional who can lead SharePoint implementation and adoption, working closely with executive stakeholders and technical delivery partners.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on familiarity with SharePoint configuration, but more importantly, experience driving collaboration platforms across financial or alternative investment organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Serve as SharePoint rollout lead across Investment, Operations, Compliance, and IR teams.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SharePoint site structures, workflows, and automations.
- Architect site templates, metadata/taxonomy structures, permission models, and document
- Coordinate with external vendors or internal dev teams, but remain hands-on when required to keep delivery moving.
- Lead change management, adoption strategy, and user onboarding.
- Ensure data governance, retention, and compliance alignment, preferably with experience across Alternative Investments or Asset Management.
- Build documentation, best practices, playbooks, and governance frameworks for long-term sustainability.
- 7+ years in SharePoint-centric roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership / manager capacity.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise rollouts while still being able to personally configure or build in SharePoint.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online / M365, including: Power Automate, Power Apps, SPFx, CSOM/REST APIs (at least at a configuration level) and Site creation, workflow automation, access models, migrations
- Experience working within Alternative Investments / Hedge Funds / Asset Management strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and ability to bridge technical delivery with business-facing conversations.
