Senior Technology Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives including Windows migrations, Office365 consolidations, and Microsoft tenant migrations. This role requires a strategic leader with deep project management expertise and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through large-scale infrastructure and transformation projects.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Develop detailed project plans encompassing scope, schedule, resources, budget, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

• Identify and manage project risks, constraints, issues, dependencies, and organizational change impacts

• Lead cross-functional teams across developers, architects, and business units while ensuring effective communication and collaboration

• Track project progress against milestones and KPIs; prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and executive leadership

• Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and balance team workload with project priorities

• Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives; serve as primary stakeholder contact

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvement areas and drive continuous process enhancement

• Mentor project team members, provide clear direction and support, and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships

Requirements

• 10–15 years of project management experience with demonstrated expertise in Windows migrations, Office365 consolidations, and Microsoft Tenant-to-Tenant migrations

• Proficiency with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management platforms (ServiceNow, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project)

• Strong technical acumen in networking configurations, data migration, and application authentication across Microsoft environments

• Advanced knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and change management frameworks (ProSci, ADKAR)

• Relevant certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders

• Proven experience managing risk and financial accountability on large-scale technology transformation initiatives

• Remote work capability with flexibility to support EST time zone requirements
