Sage Intacct Integration Consultant

Our client is seeking a Sage Intacct Integration Consultant to support a high-impact acquisition integration initiative focused on integrating acquired-company contracts, billing schedules, revenue arrangements, deferred revenue balances, and historical billing/revenue activity into an existing Sage Intacct environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Lead Sage Intacct acquisition integration workstreams
  • Support integration of acquired contracts, billing schedules, and revenue arrangements
  • Translate acquired-company billing and contract structures into existing Sage Intacct workflows
  • Support migration/setup of customer contracts, revenue schedules, deferred revenue balances, and historical activity
  • Support catch-up billing analysis, billing discrepancies, and timing gaps
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting teams on ASC 606 revenue recognition alignment
  • Support cutover planning, reconciliations, data validation, and post-go-live activities

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience with Sage Intacct Revenue Management
  • Deep hands-on experience with the Sage Intacct Contracts module
  • Experience supporting acquisition integrations, ERP tuck-ins, or finance system migrations
  • Strong understanding of catch-up billing, deferred revenue, billing schedules, and revenue schedules
  • Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition concepts
  • Experience reconciling contract, billing, and revenue data within ERP environments
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills across Finance, Accounting, RevOps, SalesOps, and IT
