Our client a top-tier Foreign Bank is seeking a Regulatory Change Management Program Manager with the ability and experience to lead global projects. The PM will be responsible for the end to end execution and delivery of a variety of regulatory change projects (including but not limited to BCBS239, Dodd-Frank, Basel, LIBOR, CCAR etc.).
Requirements:
- Experience and understanding of US regulations (BCBS239, Dodd-Frank, Basel, LIBOR, CCAR etc.)
- Stakeholder management including ability to work with global stakeholders and teams
- Regulatory interpretation of US regulations and their impact to line of business(es)
- End-to-end Regulatory rule traceability through to implementation
- Experience in defining and implementing a state of the art regulatory control framework
- Ability to lead meetings across business and global functions and drive the project delivery while working with key stakeholders (business and technology)
- Focus on risk, issue management and decision making
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Stakeholder management including ability to work with global stakeholders and teams
- Strong Capital Markets background and experience working with Front Office stakeholders
