Essential Requirements and Responsibilities :
- Familiarity with Equity Cash Trading and allocation required
- Understanding of Equity Swap Trading and allocation preferred
- Block, allocation, and matching experience is preferred
- Quick learner and self-starter
- Ability to work with abstracts and operate based on a high-level understanding of traded products
- Ability to continuously learn and improve product experience
- Capability to ensure teams deliver on time and within budget
- Strong project management experience showcasing the ability to manage projects while tracking dependencies, scope, and time
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and resolve problems
- Ability to interact with Desk Heads, Senior Management, compliance, Technology Leads, developers, and QA team
- Draft meeting minutes and create and maintain project plans
- Manage project budgets
- Conduct projects and perform cost-benefit analysis
- Document all phases of projects
- Create and maintain Jira dashboards
- Create, maintain, and present project status reports
- Document process flows and system diagrams in Visio
- Draft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs)
