Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Manager Level Program Manager with deep expertise in bank fraud prevention to lead cross-functional initiatives. You will work independently and collaboratively with business and technology teams to drive program success.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Lead and manage program initiatives with autonomy and accountability
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and strategy
  • Partner with technology teams to design and implement solutions
  • Apply functional expertise in bank fraud prevention to guide decision-making
  • Oversee program execution, timeline management, and stakeholder communication
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Drive alignment across multiple teams and departments

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in program or project management
  • Strong functional understanding of bank fraud prevention and detection
  • Hands-on experience with Actimize
  • Proven ability to work effectively with business and technology teams
  • Experience in a program manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives
