Our client is seeking a Product Owner with strong experience in data, ETL processes, and the mortgage domain to lead product delivery, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration within a data-driven environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Define and prioritize product backlog aligned with business and data strategies
• Gather requirements and translate into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery
• Drive roadmap planning, sprint execution, and agile ceremonies
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data insights and feedback
• Lead cross-functional coordination and ensure business validation of deliverables
• Partner with QA on test scenarios, defect resolution, and end-to-end testing
• Support continuous improvement across product and delivery processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Data Analyst
• Strong experience within the mortgage industry (processes, data, regulatory context)
• Deep knowledge of ETL processes, data analysis, and Informatica
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end product delivery and backlog ownership
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, QA)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
