Our client is interested in bringing on several Policy & Procedure writers within their Enterprise Risk Management practice with a diverse background in Banking, Wealth Management and Capital Markets and with a good background and understanding in writing policies and procedure documents working in conjunction with business, technology, compliance, human resources and legal stakeholder teams.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Understanding of Consumer and Home Lending i.e., Mortgage Operations
• Ability to write and or enhance policies and procedures for specific operations as it relates to Consumer and Home Lending
• Experience working with wide range of stakeholders to understand a scope of a particular process and ability to document that process in the form of formal policy and procedure documents – that are easy to read and follow
• 4-8 Years of relative experience
