Our client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm is searching for an Order Management System-RFI Support Consultant.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Senior Consultant will support Order Management System Request for Information (RFI) development.
- Key responsibilities will include
- Help to conduct one-on-one interviews with Spencer’s Project Sponsor and other key stakeholders to gather key requirements
- Support preparation of key deliverables after analyzing current state documentation, current challenges and opportunities.
- Collect and analyze Data collected through interviews to identify and document Target Architecture, Future Operating Model and Critical Business Needs.
- Support definition and prioritization of leading practices and aspirational scenarios which can create future competitive advantages for client.
- Gather and analyze key metrics and KPI’s data to help baseline current performance levels and identify the functionality impacting them.
- Prepare analysis and help to define targeted future performance levels which will serve as a guide for defining vendor evaluation criteria.
- Support preparation of the RFI package and Vendor Q&A guide and to help drive follow-up vendor discussions.
- Follow up with vendors, address any questions and concerns vendors may have and work with them to get timely responses back.
- Help prepare analysis and recommendations
- Coordinate meetings and schedules
- Experienced in RFI/RFP process
- Knowledgeable in Supply Chain Systems
- Experienced in development of Stakeholder Analysis, Communications, Process Modeling, Technical Architecture development
- Bachelor’s Degree. Master's degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent).
- Minimum 4-5 years professional experience.
- Experience working in consulting projects.
