Marketing Technical Program Manager (MarTech)

Our client is seeking a Martech Technical Program Manager to support cross-organizational initiatives within the Marketing Technology (MarTech) PMO. This role will lead complex programs, coordinate delivery across engineering and product teams, and ensure successful execution of marketing technology initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables with business and product stakeholders

  • Build roadmaps, project plans, and timelines for MarTech initiatives

  • Partner with engineering and product teams to drive delivery using agile processes

  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure clear communication and alignment

  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies while driving program execution

  • Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership

Requirements

  • 8–13 years of program management experience (technical programs preferred)

  • Experience delivering technical or engineering initiatives from concept to launch

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience working within Agile and product lifecycle environments

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar platforms

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
