Our client is seeking an IT Productions Services Team Lead to manage end-to-end fixed-income transaction processing and supervise a team of operations associates and analysts in a fast-paced capital markets environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end processing of fixed-income transactions, ensuring smooth clearing, matching, and settlement with counterparties
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of operations associates, product analysts, or developers
• Serve as the escalation point for complex system issues, trading breaks, or platform outages
• Act as a liaison between technology teams and corporate clients to resolve operational hurdles and support system enhancements
• Ensure all settlement activities and system updates align with regulatory requirements and corporate governance frameworks
• Monitor and optimize middle and back-office workflows to drive operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across trade lifecycle and settlement platforms in real time

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in capital markets operations, fixed-income operations, or middle/back-office environments
• Hands-on expertise with Broadridge Impact system, BPS system, BONY platform, and RTTM settlement platforms
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Sybase, Oracle, and Cognos
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycles, settlement processes, and capital markets infrastructure
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring technical operations teams
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and corporate governance frameworks in capital markets
• Experience liaising between technology and business stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure, managing escalations and critical system outages
