IT Application Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT Application Project Manager to lead enterprise application implementations, integrations, and modernization initiatives. This role requires hands-on ownership of multiple concurrent projects, working across business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. The ideal candidate has experience managing ERP or supply chain / distribution platforms, with strong delivery discipline across hybrid Waterfall/Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 2–5 concurrent mid-sized IT projects (application rollouts, platform integrations, migrations).
  • Build and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business SMEs, IT, and third-party vendors.
  • Operate within hybrid project methodologies (Waterfall + Agile).
  • Ensure adherence to PM best practices and governance frameworks (PMP / Agile / Hybrid).
  • Lead ERP and supply chain application implementation projects.
  • Manage cloud / on-prem application deployments and modernization initiatives.
  • Drive process optimization and system integration strategy.
  • Lead change management, training, and user adoption efforts.
  • Act as primary liaison between technical and business teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • 3+ years leading enterprise application implementations.
  • Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong background in retail distributionsupply chain applications, or ERP systems.
  • Experience managing projects involving APIs, system integrations, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP, RightAngle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oil & Gas industry systems.
  • PMP certification or Master’s degree.
  • Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation projects.
  • Lean Six Sigma / Process Improvement credentials.
