Our client is seeking a Flex Rental Solutions Consultant/SME to assess their current rental equipment management infrastructure and identify optimization opportunities. This engagement will evaluate inventory tracking, asset management, reporting workflows, and system integrations to deliver a roadmap for future improvements.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Assess the client's current Flex Rental Solutions setup, architecture, and inventory workflows to understand the complete rental equipment lifecycle
• Review rental equipment tracking, management, and reporting processes within the Flex system
• Evaluate data flows, system integrations, and configuration to identify technical dependencies and bottlenecks
• Identify gaps in inventory visibility, reporting accuracy, and asset tracking capabilities
• Develop practical recommendations and a prioritized roadmap for addressing identified gaps and future phases
• Collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and validate findings
• Document current state assessment and provide actionable next steps for system optimization

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience with Flex Rental Solutions or comparable rental/asset management platforms
• Deep expertise in inventory tracking, asset management, and reporting within rental or lease environments
• Proven experience evaluating system configurations, data flows, and integration architectures
• Strong ability to identify operational and technical gaps and recommend practical solutions
• Demonstrated experience working with both business and IT stakeholders in assessment engagements
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations
