Our client is seeking a Finance Advisor to serve as a fractional CFO supporting multiple client businesses. This role focuses on financial advisory, forecasting, and profitability analysis while helping business owners make strategic financial decisions and drive business growth.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Act as a financial advisor / fractional CFO for a portfolio of client businesses
• Analyze and optimize P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and financial performance
• Prepare and present financial forecasts, reports, and activity summaries
• Manage budgeting, revenue forecasting, and financial planning for clients
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, pricing strategies, and cost management
• Partner with operations and marketing advisors to support business growth strategies
• Conduct regular financial reviews and guide clients on strategic financial decisions
• Support expansion opportunities including new markets, acquisitions, and business investments

Requirements

• • 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial consulting
  • Strong experience analyzing financial statements, financial models, and forecasting
  • Experience managing budgets, profitability analysis, and financial planning processes
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience preparing financial reports and dashboards
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial insights to business leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
