Facebook Ads Manager

Our client is seeking a Facebook Ads Manager to lead paid social strategy and execution across Meta platforms. This role owns end-to-end campaign management, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable performance across paid media initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Develop paid social strategies across Meta platforms aligned to marketing and product goals

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution within Meta Ads Manager

  • Build and optimize full-funnel campaign structures

  • Translate product value propositions into effective paid social messaging strategies

  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities

  • Partner with analytics and decision science teams to measure and improve performance

  • Ensure campaigns are structured for scalability and long-term performance

  • Collaborate with media and product teams to align paid social with broader marketing initiatives

  • Execute and scale house ad campaigns using established playbooks

  • Contribute to development of new playbooks for off-platform and multi-channel campaigns

  • Establish best practices and operational standards within Ads Manager

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager

  • Proven experience developing paid social strategy, not just campaign execution

  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing

  • Experience working with analytics or data science teams to measure campaign performance

  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

  • High attention to detail with strong campaign monitoring and optimization capabilities

  • Experience working within large cross-functional marketing or media teams
