EPO Project Manager

Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking an EPO Project Manager to lead large-scale technology and transformation initiatives for a major financial institution.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Plan and coordinate project activities across business, operations, and technology teams
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure delivery aligns with program goals
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning
  • Develop and maintain risk management plans and project governance routines
  • Engage stakeholders across multiple teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
  • Prepare executive dashboards, reporting, and presentations to communicate project health
  • Drive project execution following client PMLC methodology and governance standards
  • Coordinate readiness activities including communications, training, and operational transitions

Requirements

  • Experience managing large-scale transformation programs within a major financial institution (Category 1 or 2 bank)
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and large datasets
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical teams and senior leadership
  • Experience managing large technology-focused initiatives with internal and vendor teams
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and project schedules in parallel
  • Strong project management discipline with experience in risk management and governance processes
