Our client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm is searching for an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect for a top tier Transportation company. The ideal candidate will guide clients in designing and implementing a comprehensive technology architecture strategy across their enterprise. This role requires a broad understanding of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns to help organizations align their applications, data, and infrastructure with their business strategy. As a strategic leader, you will provide architectural direction, assess current environments, and deliver holistic solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business agility.

 Requirements & Qualifications:

• Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide architecture solutions, focusing on application integration, cloud adoption, and digital transformation.
• Serve as Solution Architect SME on a large scale transformation effort that includes enterprise application integration and assessment of client architecture to create roadmaps for the planned modernization, aligning with long-term business goals.
• Establish and promote best practices for application integration, data flow, and interoperability across platforms and domains.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define architecture standards and policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives.
• Guide technical teams on the selection and use of tools, platforms, and frameworks for enterprise integration, data management, and service orchestration.
• Act as a key advisor on a large-scale digital transformation initiative, ensuring architecture scalability, security, and sustainability.
• Inform on emerging trends in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and integration technology to drive client innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; master’s degree or enterprise architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design, with a strong focus on application integration.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, and application integration platforms (CLEO and Keboola preferred).
• Transportation (Truckload) Industry experience a plus
• Proven experience with legacy system modernization, digital transformation, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, microservices architecture, and cloud-native design principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders across levels.
• Familiarity with key platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS.
• Familiarity with enterprise TMS systems such as McLeod a plus
