- Exercise familiarity with open source products and scripting, working knowledge of NIST CSF and SANS CSC
- Identify and evaluate security measures and protocols implemented at client sites through reconnaissance, mapping, hands-on testing, and analysis of results
- Design and develop security solutions on various domains (e.g.: Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, Security Logging & Monitoring, Data Loss Prevention, Encryption, etc.)
- Prepare, facilitate, document, and actively participate in client meetings and workshops
- Create high quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
- Participate in the development of Whitepapers/Point of Views (PoV) and other technical eminence materials
- Contribute to the development of new market opportunities that will expand our business, the company brand, and our global reach
- 3+ years of consulting or industry experience with increasing work in Networking, Cloud Security, Penetration Testing, Wireless, Multi-Factor Authentication, Encryption, Data Leakage Prevention, Identity & Access Management, and Threat Intelligence
- Demonstratable skills across several of the following:
- Kali Linux
- Redhat/Ubuntu/Linux
- Windows OS
- Web Page Crawling
- eTorrent Use
- Bash/Python/Powershell Scripting
- Wireless Discovery
- IP Tracking
- TCP/IP Commands
- Cybersecurity certifications (or actively pursuing credentials), with preferences towards:
- CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- CISA – Certified Information System Auditor
- GSEC – GIAC Security Essential Certificate
- CRISC – Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control
- CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker
- ECSA – EC Council Certified Security Analyst
- GPEN – GIAC Penetration Test
- COMPTIA – COMPTIA A+/Security+/Linux+/Network+/PenTest+
- SSCP – Systems Security Certified Practitioner
- CISCO Certified Network Associate/Professional (CCNA or CCNP)
- Ethical hacking or Forensics experience preferred
- Experience leveraging technologies to discovery, inventory, and map data assets across complex environments
- The ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (verbally and in written form), and work well in cross-functional teams in an environment of active developmental feedback
- Excellent skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint required
