Our client is seeking a CRM Senior Consultant to support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems, focusing on configuration, workflows, reporting, and user support to drive business efficiency and customer service.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Serve as primary contact for CRM applications and integrations
- Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM (workflows, dashboards, reports, security)
- Translate business requirements into CRM configurations and process improvements
- Build and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues and user requests
- Support user provisioning, training, and adoption of CRM tools
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver enhancements and integrations
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and ongoing platform optimization
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working within a CRM environment (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Strong experience with CRM configuration, workflows, and system administration
- Experience translating business requirements into technical CRM solutions
- Knowledge of SQL, data structures, and database relationships
- Familiarity with Office 365, SAP, and web-based integrations
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
