CRM Senior Consultant

Our client is seeking a CRM Senior Consultant to support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems, focusing on configuration, workflows, reporting, and user support to drive business efficiency and customer service.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Serve as primary contact for CRM applications and integrations
  • Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM (workflows, dashboards, reports, security)
  • Translate business requirements into CRM configurations and process improvements
  • Build and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues and user requests
  • Support user provisioning, training, and adoption of CRM tools
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver enhancements and integrations
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and ongoing platform optimization

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working within a CRM environment (Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Strong experience with CRM configuration, workflows, and system administration
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical CRM solutions
  • Knowledge of SQL, data structures, and database relationships
  • Familiarity with Office 365, SAP, and web-based integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
