Our client, a top tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm is seeking multiple smart, detail-oriented, and driven Business Analysts (BAs) with expertise in Process Mapping and proficiency in Microsoft Visio. These roles are critical to the modernization efforts within Wells Fargo's Home Lending department, aimed at streamlining processes and significantly reducing the ~8,000 customer service tickets generated annually from their legacy system, CORE.

 Qualification’s & Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough system and business domain process mapping by engaging with stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
• Utilize Microsoft Visio to create sophisticated, clear, and actionable process maps.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality outputs, including detailed documentation, process diagrams, and business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of project milestones. 
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview stakeholders and translate their inputs into actionable deliverables.
