Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, has partnered with a leading US Bank in NYC to hire an Automation & AI Business Analyst. 

Responsibilities and Qualifications: 

• Requirements for Virtual Assistant Foundation: Develop business requirements, define content orchestration across middle layers, and guardrails for ontologies and content refinement processes.
• Content Curation and Knowledge Management: Develop the framework for content generation, classification, and curation in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including the AI COE. This will consider field-facing and client-facing knowledge repositories, addressing audience-specific needs.
• Virtual Assistant Capability Framework: Establish the foundational framework of capabilities that support the VA roadmap, including integration with existing systems, content repository, user interaction design, and core chat features leveraging AI patterns where applicable.
• Evaluation and Monitoring Frameworks: Define processes for ongoing monitoring, call containment evaluation, measuring outcomes supported by KPIs and user testing methodologies. This must incorporate an approach the feedback loop and the approach to pinpoint fallout reasons and prioritize solutions to improve call containment.
• LRC Reviews & Responsible AI: Infuse Responsible AI principles into designs. Support Legal, Risk, Compliance reviews of functionality, building upon existing LRC approach.
