AR Specialist

Our client is seeking an AR Specialist to support the implementation of a credit governance process, including customer credit line setup, workflow/process development, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal AR leadership.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Support implementation of credit governance processes and workflows
  • Perform customer credit line setup and related AR operational activities
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and governance standards
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on AR workflow improvements
  • Train and transition knowledge to the internal AR Manager
  • Support scalable AR operations and credit management practices

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience within Accounts Receivable operations
  • Experience with customer credit line setup and management
  • Experience implementing credit governance processes and workflows
  • Ability to document processes and support operational improvements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder training capabilities
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented approach
