Our client is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Engineer to design and build production-grade AI agents and multi-step workflows using modern AI platforms (Azure AI, Copilot, Power Platform). This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering scalable, secure, and reliable AI-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Design and build agentic AI workflows that orchestrate APIs, tools, and enterprise data
• Develop and deploy AI agents and Copilot-based solutions for business use cases
• Integrate solutions with internal systems, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Implement monitoring, observability, and evaluation frameworks for AI performance and reliability
• Design multi-agent coordination patterns (shared state, orchestration, task routing)
• Establish governance, security, and compliance controls for AI systems
• Implement human-in-the-loop workflows for high-risk or regulated processes
• Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

Requirements

• Experience building AI/LLM-based applications or agentic workflows
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar
• Knowledge of AI system evaluation, monitoring, and observability
• Understanding of AI security risks (prompt injection, data leakage, access control)
• Ability to design production-grade, scalable AI solutions
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
