Our client is seeking an Accounting Advisory (AA) Contractor to support month-end close activities and transition initiatives. This role will also involve overseeing a small team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure continuity and execution.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Manage and oversee 4–6 staff accountants
• Support month-end close, including balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaise with team members to ensure timely close execution
• Support transition of locations to SAP
• Assist with transition of activities to Corporate Group (California)

Requirements

• Strong experience in month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Experience managing or overseeing accounting teams
• Exposure to or experience with SAP
• Ability to work onsite in Pennsauken, NJ
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
