Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-level initiatives within the mortgage banking sector. Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale mortgage servicing and enterprise projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Oversee cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate program activities, manage dependencies, and resolve escalations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
- Monitor program health, track KPIs, and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership
- Manage resource allocation, risk mitigation, and scope changes across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners throughout the program lifecycle
- Apply enterprise project management methodologies and best practices to optimize program delivery and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 8–12 years of program and project management experience, with demonstrated success in mortgage banking or financial services
- Proven expertise managing large, complex enterprise-level projects and multi-workstream programs
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing operations, processes, and industry requirements
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise project management tools and frameworks
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
