Our client is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-enabled capabilities across banking and payments products within a highly regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Define and execute AI product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Partner across business, engineering, data science, risk, compliance, and operations teams
- Identify and prioritize AI and GenAI use cases based on business value and feasibility
- Establish product success metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support responsible AI governance, risk management, and operational controls
- Drive AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives across banking and payments platforms
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management, technology delivery, or digital transformation experience
- Strong experience delivering AI, machine learning, GenAI, automation, or data-driven products
- Strong understanding of the AI product lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, governance, and optimization
- Experience working within financial services or regulated environments
- Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to translate complex business needs into measurable product outcomes
