Our client is seeking a Performance Specialist to support the Performance Measurement & Analytics team, focusing on custom SMA reporting and analytics. This role is critical to ensure continuity of client reporting and deliverables during a key transition period.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Support performance measurement and analytics for custom SMA portfolios
- Prepare and deliver client reporting and marketing performance materials
- Perform performance calculations and validation of financial data
- Manage and analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with investment professionals and technical teams
- Ensure timely delivery of custom reporting and analytics outputs
- Maintain and improve reporting processes and data workflows
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong experience in performance measurement within asset management or financial services
- Expertise in performance calculations and financial data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, analysis, reporting)
- Experience working with portfolio performance systems and datasets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume reporting
- Excellent communication skills across investment and technical teams
- Ability to work independently and support time-sensitive deliverables
