Our client is seeking a Korean-speaking Regulatory Review Consultant to assess a gap analysis comparing Korean regulations and internal banking policies. This role requires strong bilingual proficiency and the ability to review large volumes of regulatory content with accuracy and precision.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Review and assess gap analysis outputs between Korean regulations and internal policies
- Validate accuracy of regulatory interpretation and identified gaps
- Identify inconsistencies, omissions, or misinterpretations in the analysis
- Provide clear, structured feedback and recommendations
- Support APAC stakeholders with regulatory and compliance insights
- Work through high-volume documentation (~5,000 pages) efficiently and accurately
Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and English (reading and professional proficiency required)
- Experience reviewing regulatory, compliance, legal, or policy documentation
- Background in banking, financial services, compliance, risk, or audit preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex regulatory content
- High attention to detail and ability to provide clear, concise feedback
- Comfortable working on short-term, high-intensity engagements
