Our client is seeking a Data & AI Engineer (SAS Modernization) to design and deliver cloud-native data and AI solutions as part of a large-scale SAS modernization initiative on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Design and develop data and AI solutions supporting SAS modernization efforts
• Build and integrate LLM-based solutions using Gemini and Vertex AI
• Develop scalable data pipelines and workflows on GCP
• Work with BigQuery and Cloud Storage (GCS) for data processing and management
• Containerize applications and workflows using Docker
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-native architectures

Requirements

• Strong Python expertise (must-have)
• Hands-on experience with LLM systems (Gemini, Vertex AI)
• Solid GCP experience including BigQuery, GCS, and cloud architecture
• Proficiency in SQL and data engineering concepts
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
