Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking an EPO Project Manager to lead large-scale technology and transformation initiatives for a major financial institution.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Plan and coordinate project activities across business, operations, and technology teams
- Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure delivery aligns with program goals
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning
- Develop and maintain risk management plans and project governance routines
- Engage stakeholders across multiple teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
- Prepare executive dashboards, reporting, and presentations to communicate project health
- Drive project execution following client PMLC methodology and governance standards
- Coordinate readiness activities including communications, training, and operational transitions
Requirements
- Experience managing large-scale transformation programs within a major financial institution (Category 1 or 2 bank)
- Proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and large datasets
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical teams and senior leadership
- Experience managing large technology-focused initiatives with internal and vendor teams
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and project schedules in parallel
- Strong project management discipline with experience in risk management and governance processes
