Our client is seeking a Martech Technical Program Manager to support cross-organizational initiatives within the Marketing Technology (MarTech) PMO. This role will lead complex programs, coordinate delivery across engineering and product teams, and ensure successful execution of marketing technology initiatives.
Responsibilities & Qualifications

Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables with business and product stakeholders

Build roadmaps, project plans, and timelines for MarTech initiatives

Partner with engineering and product teams to drive delivery using agile processes

Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure clear communication and alignment

Track progress, risks, and dependencies while driving program execution

Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership
Requirements

8–13 years of program management experience (technical programs preferred)

Experience delivering technical or engineering initiatives from concept to launch

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience working within Agile and product lifecycle environments

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar platforms

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
