Training Lead

Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking a Training Lead to drive enterprise training strategy and rollout for a multi-year finance transformation at a top-tier US Bank. This role will lead the bank-side train-the-trainer execution in partnership with Deloitte, ensuring scalable, structured training delivery across impacted operations teams.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Define and execute the end-to-end training strategy aligned to the program roadmap and release schedule

  • Partner with Deloitte and SMEs to coordinate and execute a train-the-trainer model

  • Lead training readiness planning including audience segmentation, wave planning, scheduling, tracking, and completion reporting

  • Coordinate training logistics including materials distribution, session governance, attendance tracking, and feedback management

  • Ensure materials support business readiness (job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, reinforcement plans)

  • Integrate training efforts with PMs and OCM Lead to align with deployment milestones

  • Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Strong coordination across vendors, SMEs, and operations stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 8–12+ years leading enterprise training programs for large-scale transformations

  • Experience supporting ERP or system implementation training rollouts

  • Proven success delivering training to large, distributed user populations

  • Strong stakeholder coordination and vendor management experience

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and program management skills

  • Banking or financial services experience preferred

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, OFSAA, or similar platforms preferred

  • Experience leading train-the-trainer programs in regulated environments preferred
