Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking experienced Project Managers / Senior Change Delivery Leads to drive large-scale finance transformation initiatives for a top-tier US Bank. This role will lead cross-functional ERP and finance ecosystem modernization efforts across a multi-year roadmap.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Own end-to-end delivery of finance transformation workstreams from intake through deployment readiness

• Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Technology, Risk/Controls, and vendor partners

• Develop and manage core project artifacts: charter, integrated plan, RAID log, status reporting, dependencies, resourcing, and financial tracking

• Drive governance routines including steering updates, escalation management, and stakeholder engagement

• Partner with Change and Training leads to integrate communications and readiness plans

• Ensure deployment readiness including cutover and hypercare planning

• Identify process improvement opportunities and document best practices

• Background delivering Finance/Accounting initiatives (GAAP, regulatory reporting, finance operations)

• Experience operating in complex, matrixed environments with senior leadership exposure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of consulting, project/program management, or transformation delivery experience

• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional finance transformation initiatives

• Experience delivering ERP or finance system implementations

• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

• Financial services/banking experience strongly preferred

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, OFSAA, and/or Oracle EDM Cloud preferred

• PMP and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
