Marketing Operations & Strategy Consultant

Our client is seeking a senior Marketing Operations & Strategy Consultant to translate leadership priorities into scalable execution across marketing programs, operating models, and AI-enabled initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Translate leadership priorities into operating plans, timelines, and measurable success metrics

  • Lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives from planning through execution

  • Design and evolve scalable operating models, workflows, and reporting frameworks

  • Build dashboards, trackers, and executive-ready materials to support decision-making

  • Own performance tracking across OKRs, KPIs, and marketing metrics

  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous operational improvements

  • Lead AI adoption across marketing operations and embed AI-enabled insights into workflows

  • Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and performance

  • Partner cross-functionally across marketing, creative, analytics, and delivery teams

  • Provide operational leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality execution

  • Support client initiatives and business development through structured planning and scoping

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Experience in marketing operations, program management, or strategy within consulting, agency, or technology environments

  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives

  • Demonstrated fluency in AI and embedding AI-enabled insights into operational workflows

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Analytical, systems-minded approach to process improvement

  • Advanced proficiency building slide decks, dashboards, and operational tools

  • Must reside in NYC, Los Angeles, or the Bay Area
