Our client is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and adoption of AI-enabled workplace and collaboration technologies across the enterprise. This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric digital experiences within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, security, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure collaboration tools deliver measurable value in a regulated enterprise environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Own product strategy and roadmap for workplace and collaboration technologies, with focus on Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities
- Lead delivery execution including backlog management, prioritization, and coordination across engineering, security, and vendor teams
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled collaboration use cases while ensuring governance, Responsible AI practices, and data privacy compliance
- Define and monitor adoption, performance, and ROI metrics to guide product decisions and improvements
- Lead enterprise adoption and change management initiatives including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement programs
- Serve as escalation point for delivery risks, providing clear status updates and resolution strategies
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable collaboration solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva; Copilot experience strongly preferred
- At least 1 year of applied AI or GenAI product experience within enterprise collaboration or productivity solutions
- Strong experience managing SDLC execution, product backlogs, and cross-team delivery efforts
- Proven experience leading organizational change and adoption initiatives at scale
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in regulated enterprise environments
