Salesforce AI Developer

Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, has partnered with a leading Investment Management firm to hire a Salesforce AI Developer – Agentforce & Service Cloud Automation. The ideal candidate for this role has deep expertise in Salesforce development with hands-on experience implementing AI-driven automation using Agentforce AI to transform customer service operations within financial environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and AI-driven automation.
  • Proven experience building and configuring Salesforce agents using Agentforce AI to automate customer workflows.
  • Strong background in developing AI-powered features such as FAQ response generation, request categorization, and intelligent routing.
  • Experience integrating external client portal APIs (e.g., K1s or similar) for automated document retrieval and processing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (preferred).
  • Prior experience in financial services or investment management environments with client-facing exposure.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on cost-efficient development approaches and automation-driven efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce / AI-focused Salesforce badges such as Agentblazer) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and ownership-driven working style.
